Do you remember when is the last time you are struck by the moment and the memory linger forever? For Klanders at the back of Baden Bundle or The Brews in Setapak located a gem. It is erected a year ago for two obvious reasons. To continue the Melbourne culinary with Southern East Asia flare/essence and as well developing our national food standard to an international standard.

Downunder has a flexible food and brews that will set you up for a good time. Our open semi retro warung-ish design cafe with turf grass floor tends itself to any kind of eatery experience to casual fine dining. In fact we are releasing our new menu which still keeping the populars from our previous one. As customers request, we included few brunches & we hope this new menu is heavily compact with all wonderful things that help ‘Struck that moment!’

Our chef has pulled together an invitingly warm new menu to introduce ourselves on second chapter and to bring all of us together. We have dishes that cater to everyone in your pack from light and refreshing to rich and savoury.

From the excerpt up there the chef has ‘serviced’ Melbourne culinary for about 25 years. He had guided & thrived popular restaurants in Melbourne such as The Pearl, La Via, 90Secondi, Chapellis, Hobba, Dogsbar & many more. Mastering the French Italian cookings, Australian contemporary to brunches cafes. And now he is trying to continue the journey with our local flares & essence. If permitted, to further our culinary to a professional standard. He is integrating more local flares in this new menu. Don’t miss out now!
